BHPC LIBRARY by BillEvans

Thanks to club purchases and the generosity of members, Bayou Haystackers Paddling Club is building a library of paddling books and videos, which will be available on loan to BHPC members beginning in January.

The collection presently consists of videos, including several on Louisiana’s Barataria-Terrebonne Estuary, whitewater paddling and a handful on paddling techniques and instructional opportunities. Hopefully, the club library will expand significantly in coming months. Contributions of paddling books and videos will be welcomed.

If members have materials on loan, please return them at the January 21 meeting or contact Bill Evans, BHPC librarian, bevans@gs.net or 985/624-9668, so the titles can be added to the BHPC catalog.
